TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 2 nights minimum stay

• Check-In is between 14h and 18h. For a Check-In after 18h please advice us.

• Check-out is at 12h.

• Extra-bed or extra-person in a room : 150dh (if possible)

• Rooms are non-smoking

• No-Pets allowed

• Tourist Tax of 7Dh / per person /per night

• It is required by Moroccan Law that Moroccan Couples need a wedding certificate to book a room. Please don’t forget to bring it and show it upon arrival!

• In the event of a Force Majeur Situation, there is a possibility of re-housing if the need is expressed or the situation requires it.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment is made at check-in.

• We ask a 30% deposit to confirm your booking that can be sent via bank transfer.

• We accept cash and credit cards at the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and deposit refunded.

• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
